I’m an Application Support and Infrastructure Engineer with a strong foundation in software development, specialising in technical problem-solving and strategic planning. My career began in web development, using frameworks like Django and React, before evolving into infrastructure support and project deployment roles across the retail and finance sectors.
I bring a hands-on approach to managing incidents, integrating APIs (REST and SOAP), and optimising application performance. I’ve led the deployment of large-scale technical solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth rollouts and minimal disruption to operations.
With a focus on strategic thinking, I align technology solutions with business needs — whether through planning deployments, streamlining support processes, or developing automation scripts. I also create technical documentation and user guides to support teams and end users across the organisation.
